Returns policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
You may choose one of the following return options:
- Refund to your original payment method
- Exchange for a different size (subject to availability)
- Store credit for future purchases
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, including the clear ziplock bag
You may try items on for fit, but they must not be worn beyond this. Returns showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, smoke, makeup stains, deodorant marks, damage, or missing packaging may not be accepted.
Return Fee
A £6 return processing fee applies to refunds, exchanges, and store credit requests.
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, the £6 fee will be waived.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Clear photographs or video evidence
- A brief description of the issue
If your claim is verified, we will provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost.
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse claims where the reported issue cannot be verified.
How To Start A Return
To request a refund, exchange, or store credit:
- Submit your return request through our returns portal within 14 days of delivery.
- A prepaid return label will be generated for you.
- Place the item back into its original clear ziplock bag.
- Place the ziplock bag inside suitable outer packaging.
- Attach the return label to the outer packaging and send your return.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed within 72 hours of receiving and inspecting your returned item, subject to stock availability.
Store Credit
Store credit will be issued once your return has been received and inspected. Store credit can be used on any future purchase.
Important Information
- Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery may not be accepted.
- Items returned without their original packaging may not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
- Certain items may be excluded from returns for hygiene reasons where permitted by law.
