What is your returns policy?
We allow customers to return their order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Items must be returned in their original packaging (including the see-through ziplock bag).

What does "unworn" mean? You may try the item on for fit, but it must not be worn beyond this. Returns with stains, odors (e.g., perfume, smoke, sweat), signs of washing, or missing tags/packaging will not be accepted.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement, and we will cover the return postage.

If you are returning for any other reason (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), you must cover the return shipping costs.
False "Not as Described" Claims
If you claim an item is faulty, damaged, or 'not as described', we require:
✅ Photographic or video evidence before approving a return.
✅ A clear description of the issue.
If evidence is not provided, we may reject your claim. Additionally, all returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If we determine that the claim is false, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and will return the item to you instead.
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes, we accept size exchanges under the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

You must fill out the exchange form within 14 days of receiving your order.

You will receive a return label via email, but the return postage cost is your responsibility.

A £6 return and reshipment fee applies to cover the cost of sending the new item.

How to return your item for a refund or exchange

You will receive a return label via email.

Pack your item securely:
-
Place it back inside the see-through ziplock bag.
-
Put the ziplock bag inside a mailing bag (you can reuse ours by turning it inside out or use a new one).

Do not attach the return label to the see-through bag.

Attach the return label to your mailing bag (ensure your original shipping label is covered or removed).

Keep your proof of postage – this includes your tracking number.
Delivery Information

Standard Delivery (UK):
-
Hermes 48 Tracked: £5, guaranteed delivery within 2-4 working days.

Hermes 24 Tracked: £7, guaranteed delivery next day (order before 11am).

Orders placed before 11am on Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
-
Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
Refund & Exchange Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

Exchanges will be processed once we receive the return and the £6 return and reshipment fee has been paid.
Important Notes

Customers must keep their proof of postage and tracking number when returning items.

If a return goes missing in transit, we can only process a refund or exchange if the tracking confirms it was sent.

If the return tracking does not show delivery to us, customers must contact the courier directly to resolve the issue.
